Our wholesale plate sales and customer service

Our solid and reliable aluminium plate supply service is sourced locally and internationally with 15+years of relationship building across several premium suppliers including Bluescope ,Thiessen Krupp and direct relationships with international mills wherever possible to ensure supply for our valued customers. This keep our wholesale prices highly competitive in the Australian market. We are proud to offer cut to specification services for our clients that the big mills can’t or won’t offer.

Our technical capabilities

Accuracy: +/- 0.2mm up to 3meters +/-0.4mm up to 9 meters guaranteed.

Repeatability: 2 Parts or 2000 parts, repeatability guaranteed to 0.15mm.

Stencil (Line) Marking: Permanent marking from 0.3 to 3.0mm width. Marking is generated from spindle centre to guarantee accuracy.

Surface Finish: Perfect clean 90-degree edge, no weld preparation required, no plasma slag or laser scale.

Lead Time: 9 meter bed allows those urgent jobs to be pushed thru same day with a typical lead time of 4-5 working days

Cost: Cost competitive with high-def plasma and a far superior product. Up to 50% cheaper than laser or water jet and no clean up required.

Complete Package: Revolution software can digitise existing components or design something completely new.

Design: We supply full design services in AutoCAD and and can read or translate all files.

Hydraulics: Manufacture of maritime and land hydraulic components and assemblies.
